Good eating pattern

What’s the appropriate eating pattern? For proper development of a human being, you ave to have a routine that guides your eating. Simple and basic, you should have three meals a day.

Wake up at around four AM , stand in open air for about 15 minutes take refresh your lungs.

Drink a glass of water then do little light exercise for about thirty to forty five minutes.

Take a warm shower for this will gradually cool your body then drink at least two glasses of water.

Prepare a good breakfast an egg included.

Later in the day at around 2:00 PM, drink a glass of water then eat a heavy balanced lunch. At this time the basal metabolic rate is high thus digestion will take place efficiently.

After the meal rest for about 15 to 20 minutes. Embark on your daily activities.

At around 7:00pm, drink water, workout for an hour or so. Take a warm shower then dine at around 8:30. At supper, take a very light balanced diet with a lot of vegetable salad.

Light meals for supper are recommended because the basal metabolic rate is slow,hence digestion will be slower through the night.

High in the amino acid arginine, which is crucial to the synthesis of nitric oxide, a compound in the body involved in generating erections.

How does it feel to wake up weighing ten times more…? Well…, to some people it will be so much okay but to others, it is hell.
Most males care less and they even don’t show interest in knowing their weights.
Ladies have a problem with weight. Some eat junk although are concerned with their body weights.
An important thing is to note the difference between being weighty and having a big body size.
Having a big body size can be as a result of genetic inheritance, diseases, chemical effects of medicinal substances or drugs and unhealthy food staff.
On the other hand, weight can also be generic, eating calcium rich foods and working out to build muscles.
In instances that you realize you are growing bigger, start working out immediately. This prevents further disposal of fats randomly in your body. It is a biological measure that is cheap and reliable.
In addition, start eating a lot of fruits and vegetable. Water is also essential.
Have or develop an eating pattern to control consumption of junk, moreover, start cooking traditional foods with little oil, salt and cook vegetables at low temperatures to retain vitamins.

Do you ever ask yourself why you eat a specific food?
Well, its time you start questioning what to take into your body. One harsh fact is that eighty percent of unhealthy foods are usually taste sweet. It will be so unfair to seclude all the sweet foods in our system
I am not saying you should not eat these foods, only in small quantities will be good for your health.
Sausages, chips and other fast foods are just but a few of those foods you should take note while eating.
Failure to follow the health standards, consequences are dreadful. Blood pressure, cardiac failure and diabetes are some of these diseases.
These foods are considered unhealthy because they either contain excessive fats, or, have an imbalanced nutrients content.
Very little fats is put into use in the body. The rest pile up in veins and forced out of the system as boils or pimples.
So it’s upon you to take charge of your health, either enjoy your meals and develop complications, or limit your consumption and live healthy.

HOW TO AVOID BLOATING

The festive Christmas season is around the corner and this is the time where we eat all sought of food without caring the results. During this season we find or get cases of all manner concerning the stomach with one of these cases being bloat.
Bloat is when one is swollen from the stomach with fluid or gas. Bloating affects many of us mostly due to foods or fluids we consume or a stomach disorder. Mixing of different types of food can also lead to bloating and other effects like belching. Many people who frequently experience bloating think that it is a disease but it is not. It is just that you are not observing some eating disciplines.
By following the following steps you will be able to avoid bloat.
• When eating you should always sit down to eat. Take time with your food and chew it well. If you don’t chew your food well chances are that the large particles swallowed will not be easily digested and thus they will occupy much space in the stomach causing blockage and this would only result to accumulation of gas in the stomach hence bloat.
• Spread your food intake during the day and if possible you should make lunch your main meal.
• You should use fruits and vegetables as snacks instead of using diet foods. Use of diet foods will only cause accumulation in the body since they take time when being digested unlike fruits and veg’s which will be digested easily.
• You should gradually add more gentle and soluble fibre in your diet. This may be inform of fruits or veg’s.
• Lastly water is very important in your digestion. Drink water 30 minute before any of your meals. This water will be helpful in digestion of food consumed.
