Do you ever ask yourself why you eat a specific food?
Well, its time you start questioning what to take into your body. One harsh fact is that eighty percent of unhealthy foods are usually taste sweet. It will be so unfair to seclude all the sweet foods in our system
I am not saying you should not eat these foods, only in small quantities will be good for your health.
Sausages, chips and other fast foods are just but a few of those foods you should take note while eating.
Failure to follow the health standards, consequences are dreadful. Blood pressure, cardiac failure and diabetes are some of these diseases.
These foods are considered unhealthy because they either contain excessive fats, or, have an imbalanced nutrients content.
Very little fats is put into use in the body. The rest pile up in veins and forced out of the system as boils or pimples.
So it’s upon you to take charge of your health, either enjoy your meals and develop complications, or limit your consumption and live healthy.
