Ever heard of the famous/infamous quail eggs? Yes just as in birds eggs  symbolizes rebirth, long life and even immortality. It makes
sense that it’s considered a powerful natural aphrodisiac as well.

Chicken eggs are obviously the most popular and quail eggs are used quite often as well. Although not the most sensual of foods, eggs are rich in vitamins B6 and B5. These greatly helps to balance hormone levels and fight stress, two things that are crucial to a healthy libido.
