The phrase “mafuta ya jembe”   when referring to groundnuts is a familiar banter amongst young men. Well, nuts are prime source of essential fatty acids. These are vital as they provide the raw material for a man’s healthy production of hormones. Additionally, the smell of almonds is purported to arouse passion in females. Try lighting some almond-scented candles to encourage her mood and snack on some (but not too many) yourself to store up energy for your performance.

Nuts are rich in zinc, which help the body produce testosterone—and, in your man’s case, sperm.  omega-3 fatty acids, which help prevent plaque accumulation in the arteries and improve blood flow
throughout the body (including to the genitals).  Cigarette smoke, air pollution, and other toxins in the air can damage your sperm, altering the DNA inside your cells and possibly increasing your child’s risk of birth defects.

High in the amino acid arginine, which is crucial to the synthesis of nitric oxide, a compound in the body involved in generating erections.
It also produces , L-arginine, which is essential for increasing sexual stamina hence re blood flow to the region, and increasing sexual stamina during sex.

To enjoy this libido food: Eat them raw (with no added salt or sweetness). Or, crush some fresh almonds and sprinkle them on your salad to get the energy you need. Onto some fruit, eggs and other foods to increase libido…
