Good eating pattern

What’s the appropriate eating pattern? For proper development of a human being, you ave to have a routine that guides your eating. Simple and basic, you should have three meals a day.

Wake up at around four AM , stand in open air for about 15 minutes take refresh your lungs.

Drink a glass of water then do little light exercise for about thirty to forty five minutes.

Take a warm shower for this will gradually cool your body then drink at least two glasses of water.

Prepare a good breakfast an egg included.

Later in the day at around 2:00 PM, drink a glass of water then eat a heavy balanced lunch. At this time the basal metabolic rate is high thus digestion will take place efficiently.

After the meal rest for about 15 to 20 minutes. Embark on your daily activities.

At around 7:00pm, drink water, workout for an hour or so. Take a warm shower then dine at around 8:30. At supper, take a very light balanced diet with a lot of vegetable salad.

Light meals for supper are recommended because the basal metabolic rate is slow,hence digestion will be slower through the night.
